Submit a paper to Children's Issues TG/ HFES 2023

Dear CITG members/ authors,

Make plans to attend and participate in the 67th HFES International Annual Meeting in Washington, DC, October 23-27! 

We would like to invite you to submit a paper to the HFES Children´s Issues Technical Group by Tuesday, February 28th, 2023

 

• The CITG proposals relating to HF/E issues affecting children up to 18 years of age include the following topics:

• Child development; 

• Child safety; 

• Hazards/safety in environments where children live, play, and visit (i.e., home, school, vehicle, recreational, online); 

• Injury prevention; 

• Children’s motivation, behavior, physical and cognitive abilities, and limitations; 

• Product design and usability; 

• Caregiver behavior, including child supervision practices, caregiver workload, and decision-making.

 

Proposals for other formats are also welcome, such as a discussion panel, symposium, workshop, demo, or other alternative formats on related topics. You can read more at https://www.hfes.org/Events/International-Annual-Meeting.
